Who are we?

Our Mission

Making the best quality Liqueurs on the market!

Our  mission is pretty simple, making the best liqueurs possible that YOU enjoy! We age our product on oak in Oregon to create the most unique flavor on the market.

It’s not all work though, we enjoy this product because we like to celebrate! Nothing like a dash of Meredith Maple to brighten an evening with family and friends. We believe that anything is possible for the person willing to work hard and believe in their dreams! Cheers!

Behind the Scenes
Meredith Maple Team

Mike Meredith

Mr. Meredith has a Bachelor’s Degree in both Pre-Med Biology and Mechanical Engineering. He has been an Engineer in the Aerospace industry since 1984. He has led many projects as the technical Project Engineer as well as running his own consulting company for designing engineered products and developing databases. That career path has given Mr. Meredith extensive experience in leadership, project planning (schedule and cost), and managing teams and resources to ensure his projects were always successful.

Mr. Meredith has been making home brewed beer and wine for his family since 1992 as a hobby. He has also made his own liqueurs of that same time period. Meredith Maple Almond has been shared with family and friends since 2001 and has been perfected over the years. It became such a family favorite and tradition that the family finally convinced Mr. Meredith to bring it to market and share it with the rest of the world. Mr. Meredith is excited for the opportunity to take one of his hobbies and turn it into a business.
